Limited Warranty of xpPhone and xpInside (General Terms & version 1.0 )

Time of warranty : the Limited Warranty Period starts from the date of purchase.

Proof of warranty : Your sales receipt and WARRANTY CARD (To affixe authorized reseller's seal will be required).

Repair time : it's based on the seriousness of the case and spare materials , our serive centre will notify you when finished .

Your sales receipt, showing the date of purchase , is your purchase date proof . You may be required by our Service Centers or Authorized Service Providers to present a proof of purchase as a condition of receiving warranty service.

You are entitled to a hardware warranty service if a repair is required within the Limited Warranty Period.

Note:

If no any Proof ,The Limited Warranty Period starts from the date of Manufacturing .
        The date of Manufacturing will be identified according to your serial number(S/N) for verification.
        If the expired date of warranty is national holiday , it will be extend to the next day.

<2>Standard Limited Warranty Hardware Coverage

The following items are covered under One Year Limited warranty only : LCD, MOTHERBOARD, processors, Power Adapter.

Note :

All the attached accessories with machine and Primary battery are covered for half year Limited warranty only.
        Unlisted are not covered under this warranty.
        If machine exceed the expired date of warranty.
        We charge small fees for our service case by case only . Etc : freight cost ,Handling Fee,parts cost.
        All warranty Service will be drop off service or walk-in service only.

<3>Standard Limited Warranty software Coverage

All the pre-installed softwares are covered for half year Limited warranty only , it will be in accordance with the the regulations of Microsoft's End User License Agreement (EULA).
        All the attached memory mediums of softwares (CD-ROMs, floppy disks) with machine are covered for three months Limited warranty only .

Note:

Non-pre-installed softwares are not within this warranty.
        we assumes no responsibility for the possible failure or damage caused by any software self-installation.
        If any relevant questions of software ,pls contact your dealer .
        If any defective problems and need to replace (do not include unnormar of misuse or scratch of man-made sabotage) , Pls contact serive centre for further replacement .
